On March 30th, Coffee City proudly held a ceremony to hand over pink books to residents—a significant milestone affirming the project’s brand credibility and solid legal foundation. This event not only demonstrates the strong commitment of developer Trung Nguyên Legend but also enhances the sustainable value of real estate in the premier urban area at the heart of Buon Ma Thuot.
Quick Pink Book Handover: The project confirmed its legal credibility as customers who completed payments during the March 2025 launch received their pink books within 90 days.
Transparent Legal Framework: All properties in the urban area are publicly disclosed with clear legal status and ready for handover.
Fully Completed Construction: The project’s properties have been fully built, with some units fully furnished, allowing buyers to move in immediately.
